This Privacy Policy explains how inmomotion Lifestyle Club (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit or shop at www.inmomotion.com, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What personal data we collect

Depending on how you use our site, we may collect: contact details you provide (name, email address, billing/shipping address) when you place an order or submit a contact form; account information if you register an account; order and payment information necessary to process a purchase; and technical/usage data collected via cookies once you have given consent through our cookie consent banner.

3. How we use your data and legal basis

We process your data to fulfil purchase contracts (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to comply with legal obligations such as tax and commercial record-keeping (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and, where you have given consent, for cookie-based visitor and conversion tracking and cart-recovery emails (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). 4. Service providers we use

To operate this store we work with a limited number of service providers who process personal data on our behalf or as independent controllers, including:

  • Stripe – for secure payment processing of card and other online payments;
  • a cart-recovery service – to send a follow-up email if a checkout is left incomplete, using the email address entered at checkout;
  • a cookie consent management tool – to record and manage your cookie consent choices;
  • a visitor and conversion tracking tool – used, where you have consented via the cookie banner, to measure store performance;
  • email delivery and website backup service providers – used to send transactional emails and to keep secure backups of the site.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data retention

We retain order and invoice data for as long as required by applicable Austrian tax and commercial law, and other personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability.
