Due to government guidelines, our studio will remain closed until the end of February 2021. Our training is currently offered outdoors with a maximum of one person. The health of our clients is our top priority. In order to ensure maximum safety for his clients, Momo is also regularly tested for the coronavirus.

When it comes to fitness, working out in a group can increase motivation, burn more calories, and be fun. Together with Momo, core stability, endurance and willpower are trained and the individual and personal goals of each person in the group are achieved.

Momo also repeatedly incorporates yoga and Pilates elements into its holistic training offering.
In addition, Pilates and yoga courses also take place in the club in cooperation with trained trainers. The studio can accommodate groups of up to 10 people. Appointments are made upon request.

Topics such as lack of fitness but also stress, burn-out and injuries are discussed in small groups over several days. Deep-seated causes of lack of exercise and movement restrictions are analyzed and treated and the joy of exercise is reawakened through training together.

Rückenschmerzen, Burn Out und andere „Zivilisationskrankheiten“ sind nicht zuletzt auf Bewegungsmangel und einseitige Belastungen zurückzuführen. In Kooperation mit Unternehmen trainiert Momo MitarbeiterInnen einzeln und in Gruppen. Im Mittelpunkt Spaß stehen an der Bewegung, Förderung von Teamgeist und gezieltem Ausgleich von „Büroleiden“.
